Dr. Aprajita Vardhan is working as a Principal Scientific officer at Bio-Processing and Herbal division, MGIRI, Wardha. She has research experience of more than 22 years in herbal & food products. She has completed her M.Sc. from Kanpur university in 1995 and Ph.D in Ayurveda from IMS, B.H.U. Varansai U.P. 2000.
She has worked as “Project Scientist” in a project “Revamping of JBCRI” during 2002- 2008 for standardization of Medicinal raw materials and herbal formulations under the control of I.I.T., Delhi. She is currently working for development of new products in the area of food sector along with publishing her work in various national journal and conference.
